The work included prefabricated spool installation, structural supports, flange connections and final alignment, carried out while the vessel remained operational.

The installation involved routing heavy piping through a confined deck structure with limited lifting access and multiple existing systems. Every spool had to be accurately positioned to maintain alignment while minimizing installation time and avoiding interference with surrounding equipment.

During onboard installation, our technicians completed accurate positioning of large-diameter pipe sections, fabrication of custom steel supports, precision flange alignment, on-site welding and fit-up modifications where required, mechanical assembly and bolting of flanged connections, and final dimensional verification to ensure proper system integrity. The coordinated installation significantly reduced onboard working time while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
