Data we collect

We collect the information you voluntarily submit through the Request Marine Support form, the contact form and the newsletter form — including name, company, email, telephone, vessel details and any attachments or messages you provide.

How we use it

Submitted data is used solely to respond to your technical enquiry, prepare a proposal, mobilise our teams and maintain a service record. We do not sell your data.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent (form submission) and on our legitimate interest in delivering the marine services you request.

Retention

Enquiry and project records are retained for as long as required for contractual, warranty, statutory and audit purposes.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data. Email technical@amarmarine.gr to exercise these rights.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 on public website pages with Google Consent Mode v2. Before analytics consent, analytics and advertising storage are denied; the Google tag may send cookieless consent and measurement signals. If you accept analytics, analytics storage is granted. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization remain denied, and Google Signals/ad-personalization signals stay disabled. We do not intentionally send form contents or direct identifiers such as names, email addresses or telephone numbers to Google Analytics.

Third parties

We use standard hosting and email infrastructure to receive and store form submissions. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing.
